Want information about becoming a member of NAIW?  The first step is to contact Kon Chittavong at kon.chittavong@stateauto.com.  Complete the new member application, send check for National dues including local dues information. Our local dues for 2008-2009 are $25.00. 

Please mail the completed application along with payment for both national and local dues directly to NAIW (International), Dept. 2214, Tulsa, OK 74182.  

Your official NAIW membership date will begin once your application and dues are received and approved at National.
